Brad Norton

Brad has over 30 years’ experience in clinical operations, with extensive expertise in program management, protocol design, clinical operations, vendor oversight, regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance across diverse therapeutic areas. 

Prior to joining RQ Bio, Brad was VP Clinical Operations at Gylden Pharma, planning early clinical phase vaccine studies across a range of infectious diseases including Flu, Chikungunya, Dengue Fever and Beta-coronavirus. Brad was also previously at AstraZeneca, where he was the clinical operations lead for the late-phase program for Vaxzevria as well as designing and planning the full clinical development programs for two monoclonal antibodies, one targeting Clostridium difficile and the other Staph aureus infections. Brad has also successfully implemented four other clinical development programmes from pre-clinical into First in Man trials, with robust Phase I and Phase II study designs across multiple clinical indications, as well as providing strategic planning of pivotal Phase III trials. 

Brad is a pharmacologist by training, obtaining is honours degree from Bath University.
