Vicki Wheeler

Vicky is a life sciences programme and project management professional with over 26 years of industry experience. Her previous roles include Head of Programme Management at Barinthus Biotherapeutics where she delivered multi-disciplinary programmes spanning IND-enabling preclinical and clinical phases in infectious diseases, oncology and coeliac disease. Prior to that she held project management and project director roles in CROs and Pharma, specialising in clinical, biometrics and matrix management. Vicky holds a degree in Genetics from Newcastle University.

At RQ Bio Vicky applies her programme management and leadership skills to translate strategy into actionable plans, managing interdependencies and applying robust programme governance to ensure alignment with both short-term and long-term business goals.
